The budget SSD Toshiba RC100 size M.2 with NVMe support costs from € 50 to € 130


Toshiba introduced the OCZ RC100 entry-level SSD in M.2 2280 format with support for NVMe 1.2 at CES 2018 in January. And after five months, new products designed for PCs, laptops and ultrabooks, went on sale, so prices became known.

To begin with, these SSDs are built on a 64-layer TLC flash memory with a three-dimensional layout and a controller manufactured by Toshiba itself. They are equipped with a PCIe 3.0 x2 interface.

The series is represented by 120, 240 and 480 GB models, their price is € 50, € 70 and € 130 respectively.
